PICTURES CREATE CONTEXT AND SIMPLIFY COMPLEX TEXT Why do images always work so well at a meeting or workshop? Pictures create context and simplify much or complex text (spoken or written). Images often make it clear whether we think the same about what is said or written. I use graphic recording (visual recording or visual reporting) so that an audience sees the bigger picture. Interactive and creative With graphic recording, the draftsman visualises – digital or analog – what is happening or being told on the spot. Not only does graphic recording keep participants more focused, it is also an interactive and creative way to increase engagement with a topic. An image crosses borders where countries do not always understand each other’s language. Pictures accompanying the talk I make the pictures with your talk. With my passion for visual communication, I can be an addition to achieving your goal. I have a lot of experience with as many small as large organizations; from large meetings at corporates and (semi-) governments to brainstorming sessions at smaller companies and foundations. OFFline and ONline (ZOOM, MS teams, Skype and WEBEX etc) Youth and media Originally, I specialized in education and youth.
